Specialist glazing and polished concrete floors maximise light and provide a crisp, durable finish.

Princethorpe Road — A sensitive refurbishment of an end-of-terrace period home in Sydenham’s conservation area, adding a single-storey rear extension and reworking the layout to better connect living spaces with the landscaped garden. Completed in 2022 on a £150,000 budget, from early concept through planning and detailed design.

A new rear pavilion with wall-to-wall sliding glass opens to the lawn, while twin roof terraces, dormers and rooflights flood the interior—anchored by a skylit stair with glass balustrade—to create a bright, connected home.

Robust retaining structures, integrated drainage and discreet lighting are woven through planting and hardscape to create safe, lasting outdoor spaces across the plot.
